How do I see who has signed onto my site briefing (e.g. pre-start or toolbox)?
Checking attendance and acknowledgement of a briefing.
When you publish a site briefing, such as a daily pre-start or a toolbox talk, workers on site are asked to read it and sign to acknowledge it. The site's Briefings tab shows how many workers have signed each briefing and how many are still outstanding.
Before you start
You need to be a Company Host or Site Host for the site. If you don't have access, contact your Breadcrumb administrator.
Check sign-offs on web
- Click Sites in the left-hand menu and open your site.
- Click the Briefings tab.
- Find the briefing. Use search or the filters to narrow the list.
- Check the acknowledgement column. It shows how many workers have signed out of the total expected, for example 18 of 24.
- Click the briefing to open it and see the details.
What the Briefings tab shows
- Active briefings: Live now and being signed by workers as they check in.
- Scheduled briefings: Set to go live at a future date and time.
- Drafts: Saved but not yet published.
- Auto-Renew tag: Shows on briefings that renew automatically, such as a daily pre-start.
- Procore indicator: Shows on briefings that sync to Procore.
Good to know
- Who is expected to sign: Workers are prompted to sign a briefing when they check in while it's active. If a worker doesn't check in during that time, they aren't asked to sign it.
- One site at a time: The Briefings tab covers a single site. There's no company-wide view of briefings across all your sites yet.
- No completion reports yet: The acknowledgement count on the Briefings tab is currently the only summary of sign-offs. There's no separate report on completion or acknowledgement rates.
