How do I see past evacuations and drills?

Reviewing the history and outcomes of previous evacuations and drills.

Every evacuation and drill run on your site is saved as a record. You can open it on web to see who should have been at the muster point, who was accounted for, and who wasn't. Use it to debrief after a drill, follow up after an emergency, or show your drill history during an audit.

Before you start

You need to be a Company Host or Site Host for the site. If you don't have access, contact your Breadcrumb administrator.

View past evacuations and drills

  1. Click Sites in the left-hand menu and open your site.
  2. Click the Evacuations tab to see every evacuation and drill on the site.
  3. Click a record to open it.

What each record shows

  • Muster list: Everyone who should have been at the muster point, grouped by company.
  • Unaccounted for: Anyone who wasn't marked present is highlighted so you can follow up.

Download a record

From an open record, you can download:

  • A PDF of the full evacuation record, for your files or an audit.
  • A CSV of the muster list, to work with in Excel.

Check when your last drill was

Your site's overview page shows the date of the latest drill in the details panel. Use it to keep on track with how often your site needs to run drills.

Good to know

  • Active evacuations: If an evacuation is running right now, the site is highlighted in your Sites list.
  • Starting an evacuation: Evacuations and drills are started and run in the Breadcrumb mobile app, including marking people present at the muster point. The web portal is for reviewing records.
  • One record at a time: You can download one evacuation at a time. Bulk export isn't available yet.
  • Best on a computer or tablet: Evacuation records on web work on a computer or tablet, but aren't designed for a phone browser.
