How do I report on an individual users information?

Generating a report scoped to a single worker or user.

When you need the full picture on one person, for example after an incident or during an audit, open their worker profile. It brings together their details, their time on site and every safety record attached to them, across all of your sites, in one place.

Before you start

  • Access: Company Hosts can see everyone who has been on any of your sites. Site Hosts can see people who have been on the sites they host.
  • Web only: worker profiles are available on web.

Open a worker's profile

  1. On web, select People from the main menu.
  2. Search for the person by name or company, or use the filters to narrow the list.
  3. Click their name to open their profile.

You can also click a worker's name almost anywhere on web to jump to their profile.

At a glance

The top of the profile shows whether the person is on site right now, their total hours on site and how many cards they hold. The Overview tab adds:

  • their details, company and visitor type
  • their emergency contact
  • any documents still waiting for approval, across all their sites
  • counts of their cards, permits, form submissions and company documents, including anything expiring or expired. Click a count to jump to that tab.

What's in each tab

Tab What it shows
Overview Profile details, company, visitor type, emergency contact and a summary of their records
Sites Every site they've been on, with first and last time on site and total time on site
Attendance Their check-in and check-out history
Inductions Inductions they've submitted, with status and date
Cards Their licences, tickets and competencies, with expiry dates and status
Permits Permits they're part of
Form submissions Forms they've completed or signed
Company docs Documents uploaded for their company, such as SWMS and insurances
Access controls Clearance status and access attempts, if your sites use turnstiles or door access hardware

If your sites don't use access control hardware, the Access controls tab will be empty. That's expected.

Narrow it down

Each tab has its own search and filters, so you can focus on exactly what you need. For example:

  • One site only: filter by site on the Attendance, Permits, Form submissions or Company docs tab.
  • A specific date range: use the date filter on Attendance to see who was on site around the time of an incident.
  • Problems only: filter Cards or Company docs by status to find anything expired or still pending.

Download a record

Click any record in a tab to open it. From there you can download a copy, for example a signed induction or a completed form. If your sites are connected to Procore or Autodesk, you can also open the matching record there.

Looking at one site only?

If you only need someone's record for the site you're working on, open the site, go to its People tab and click the person's name. Their profile opens with everything filtered to that site.

Can't find someone?

  • They haven't been on site yet. People appear once they've done something on one of your sites, such as checking in or submitting an induction. There's no way to add someone directly.
  • They've been on a site you don't host. Site Hosts only see people from their own sites. Ask a Company Host to check.
  • Check the spelling. Search matches on first name, last name and company.
