How do I manage which inductions and forms are active on my site?

Adding or removing which inductions and forms apply to a specific site, so only the relevant ones are required of workers and visitors there.

Each site can have its own set of inductions and forms. Adding or removing them per site means workers and visitors see only what's relevant to the job they are on.

This article covers site inductions and the four site-specific form types: generic forms, permits, asset registration forms, and site briefings.

Before you start

  • You need to be a Company Host or Site Host with Manage Site permissions.
  • The induction or form must already exist and be set to Site Specific in the Editor. Forms set to Company Wide will not appear in the list of forms you can add to a site.
  • This is done on the web. You cannot manage a site's inductions or forms from the mobile app.

Tips

  • Nothing changes until you submit. If you leave the page before clicking Submit Changes, your changes are not saved.
  • Can't find a form in the pop-up? Check in the Editor that it is set to Site Specific.
  • Setting up a new site? Review each section before the site goes live so workers only see what applies on day one.
