How do I edit my induction forms?

If you need to change an answer on an induction you've already submitted, for example to fix a mistake, update your emergency contact or add a renewed licence, you can submit a new version from the Breadcrumb app.

Before you start

You need to be checked in to the site the induction is for.

Edit your induction

1. Open the Breadcrumb app and check in to the site.
2. Tap Inductions.
3. Select the induction you want to change and tap Revise.
4. Your previous answers are filled in. Update the answers that need changing.
5. Submit your updated induction.

What happens next

• Review: Your updated induction goes to the site team for review, because your new answers need to be checked.
• History: Your earlier version is kept. In the app you'll see the latest version, and you can tap View History to see previous ones.

If the site team asks you to make changes

Sometimes the site team will send your induction back to you, for example if a licence photo is unreadable. When this happens, you'll be asked to revise it the next time you check in.

1. Check in to the site as normal.
2. Read the site team's comments, which are shown next to your previous answers.
3. Make the changes they've asked for and resubmit.

Good to know

• Each site is separate: Editing your induction on one site doesn't change your inductions on other sites. Update each one you need to.
• Profile details: To change details like your name or email everywhere in Breadcrumb, update your profile instead.
• Can't edit it? Contact the site team. They can correct an answer for you or send the induction back for you to update.
