How do I edit an existing form?

As your processes change, your forms need to keep up. You might need to add a new question, remove one that's no longer relevant, or change who the form is shown to.

This article shows you how to open a form that's already set up and update it.

Before you start

• You need Company Host or Site Host permissions. If you don't have them, ask your Breadcrumb administrator.
• You can only edit forms on web. It isn't available in the mobile app.
• Editing an induction? Inductions are managed separately, under Editor > Inductions.

1. Find the form

1. Select Editor in the left-hand menu, then select Forms.
2. Use the search bar or filters to find the form you want to change.

2. Make your changes

1. Select the orange edit icon next to the form.
2. Update the form. You can change the same settings and content you chose when you created it, like the questions, announcements, visitor types or whether the form is active.
3. Select the blue Update button to save.
